There is no onsite parking available at the Christmas Joy Store. Consider being dropped off by a friend or family member.
Read the following information carefully and plan your trip ahead of time.
Do not park on the premises of any neighbouring businesses, you may be towed.
Monday 2nd December - Thursday 5th December
Monday 9th December - Thursday 19th December
Parking is available on the grounds of Go Media Stadium (Mt Smart), a 15 minute walk to the Joy Store. Please refer to the map on the left.
Vehicle entrance is via Maurice Road, follow the on-site signage to the allocated car park. Walking to and from the Joy Store can be done via Beasley Ave, following signs and directions from our staff stationed along Neilson Street.

Parking is available along Neilson Street and Beasley Ave, within a 10 minute walk to the Joy Store. There will be reserved on-street parking available for Joy Store shoppers, marked by the presence of signage and road cones.
When parking, please locate a member of our staff and inform them that you’ve arrived for the Joy Store - they will provide you with a permit to place on your dashboard. Do not leave your car unattended without a parking permit from our staff - Auckland Transport will be monitoring cars and will tow anyone without a ticket.
You may also print a permit ahead of time and place it on your dashboard if you’re able to do so, please print this Parking Permit.

Please locate a street car park on Neilson Street or Beasley Ave and walk to the Christmas Joy Store.
No parking permits are required on Saturday 7th December or Saturday 21st December.
